Purpose: This version of the "Buyer Transaction Rules" (hereinafter referred to as "these Rules") constitutes a contract entered into between the buyer and Shanghai Ranglei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. regarding the procurement, publishing of chemical fiber and other products, and related supporting services.

Please read these Rules carefully. After the buyer clicks the "Complete Registration" button, these Rules shall constitute a legally binding document for both parties.

I. General Provisions
1.1 These Rules apply to the procurement and sales of chemical fiber/textile and other products provided on the Fubu Chemical Fiber Platform (domain: chinafibermarketing.cn) (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
1.2 Buyers purchase required product resources on the Platform.
1.3 Unless otherwise specified in platform announcements, the Platform is open 24 hours a day, and buyers may log in at any time.
1.4 Buyers agree to and accept the terms related to buyers in the "Buyer Transaction Rules".

1.5 These Rules apply to all transaction activities conducted on this Platform. All platform staff and members must comply with these Rules.

II. Definitions of Common Terms
2.1 Store: refers to the online virtual space opened by a seller on the Platform, allowing buyers to browse and make actual purchases, and complete the entire transaction process through payment in accordance with these Rules. Sellers may name their stores independently, and the same seller may only have one store on the Platform.
2.2 Platform Announcement: refers to public notices made by the Platform regarding these Rules, platform regulations, service guides, and other matters related to platform operations, based on mandatory provisions of laws and regulations, market conditions, overall platform planning and related requirements, existing platform functions, and other factors.
2.3 Platform Rules: refers to transaction specifications formulated by the Platform based on mandatory provisions of laws and regulations, market conditions, overall platform planning and related requirements, existing platform functions, and other factors, including the "Buyer Service Agreement" and "Buyer Transaction Rules".
2.4 Rule Conflicts: At the same point in time, if there are inconsistencies among Platform Rules, Platform Announcements, and contracts, the order of precedence from highest to lowest is as follows:
(1) Platform Rules;
(2) Platform Announcements;
(3) Contracts.

2.5 Electronic Purchase Contract refers to a legally binding contract generated through this Platform that stipulates the rights and obligations of both the buyer and the seller.

 

 

 

III. Services Provided by the Platform

3.1 Buyers do not need to purchase membership; they can register with no service fee.

3.2 The Platform provides buyers with a vast array of supply sources, facilitating the selection of needed products;

3.3 The Platform supports multiple logistics methods, adding various delivery methods such as self-operated fleet distribution in addition to common express delivery to facilitate bulk product transactions;

3.4 When the quantity of products required by a buyer is too small for a seller to supply, the Platform provides a group-buying model, a shopping method offering the best price. Based on the principle of small profits but quick turnover, sellers can offer group-buying discounts lower than retail prices and premium services not available for individual purchases.

3.5 The Platform provides a procurement request model for buyers. When a buyer needs products with special specifications, they can post procurement information on the Platform. Sellers capable of fulfilling that production need can see it and privately contact the buyer for a transaction.

3.6 Buyers click "Member Center" - click "Purchase Application" - click "Add", input the product information with the required specifications, and after approval by the Platform, it can be published in the procurement module.

3.7 The Platform provides smart factory upgrade solutions for seller factories. IV. Shopping Process

4.1 Buyer Registration/Login

4.1.1 Buyer Registration: Users fill in username, password, confirm password, E-mail, mobile phone, company name, company address, telephone, legal representative name, tax ID, bank of deposit, bank address, bank account number, and verification code. After registration, it needs Platform review. If approved, the user can purchase products and use other platform services; if not approved, these operations cannot be performed.

4.1.2 Buyer Login: Use the approved account (account can be username/E-mail/mobile phone), enter password and verification code to log in.

4.2 Select Products: After selecting products based on the buyer's needs, you can freely change the quantity to be purchased. Once confirmed, you can buy immediately or add to cart.

4.3 Shopping Cart: In the shopping cart, you can remove selected products, change product quantities, confirm purchase, and after selection, you can continue to return to the mall page.

4.4 Order Process


4.4.1 Offline Payment: After selecting a product, the buyer clicks "Buy Now" to proceed to the order page, selects the shipping address (a shipping address can be added if there is none), payment method, delivery method, checks the product quantity and amount, then clicks "Order Settlement". The order settlement page will prompt the buyer to go and upload the payment voucher. The order settlement page displays two buttons: "View Order" and "View Contract". The buyer can click "View Contract" to see the electronic contract for this order. After confirming it is correct, click "View Order", upload the payment voucher, and wait for seller confirmation.

4.4.2 The seller clicks "Order Management", clicks on pending orders, and after confirming receipt of payment, clicks "Ship", fills in the corresponding shipping information, inputs the actual shipped quantity, and generates a reconciliation statement.

(1) Shipped quantity equals the ordered quantity: The difference in the reconciliation is zero. After the buyer receives the goods and clicks "Confirm Receipt", the order is completed.

(2) Shipped quantity exceeds the ordered quantity: The difference in the reconciliation is the amount the buyer should pay additionally. When confirming receipt, a pop-up will prompt the buyer to pay the supplementary order. Only after paying the supplementary order can the buyer successfully confirm receipt and complete the order.

(3) Shipped quantity is less than the ordered quantity: The difference in the reconciliation is the amount the seller should refund. When confirming receipt, a pop-up will prompt "Please go and fill in the refund account information". After filling in the refund account information and the seller completes the payment, the buyer can confirm receipt and the order is completed.

4.4.3 Online Payment: After selecting a product, the buyer clicks "Buy Now" to proceed to the order page, selects the shipping address (a shipping address can be added if there is none), payment method, delivery method, checks the product quantity and amount, then clicks "Order Settlement". The order settlement page will prompt the buyer to proceed with payment. The order settlement page displays two buttons: "View Order" and "View Contract". The buyer can click "View Contract" to see the electronic contract for this order. After confirming it is correct, select a payment method to pay (WeChat Pay/Alipay/UnionPay are supported). Wait for seller confirmation after payment is completed.
