Merchant Transaction Rules

Purpose: In order to create a civilized and harmonious trading environment for the Fubu Chemical Fiber Platform (URL: https://www.chinafibermarketing.cn/, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of merchants, these rules are hereby formulated.

I. Overview

 

This version of the "Merchant Transaction Rules" (hereinafter referred to as "these Rules") is a contract entered into by and between the Merchant and Shanghai Rang Lei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. regarding product listing, sale of chemical fiber and related products, and supporting services.

Please read these Rules carefully. By clicking the "Complete Registration" button, the Merchant agrees that these Rules shall constitute a legally binding document for both parties.

 

II.  Definition of Commonly Used Terms

 

2.1 Products: Refer to goods and services sold or displayed on this Platform.

2.2 Merchant: Refers to a corporate enterprise that sells or provides products on this Platform and has been approved by the Platform as qualified.

2.3 Merchant Panel: After being reviewed by the Platform and completing the necessary onboarding process, the Platform provides the Merchant with a PC-based merchant management backend URL. The Merchant uses this panel to complete product editing, uploading, shipping cost settings, order processing, and related tasks.

2.4 Storefront: Refers to the online virtual space opened by the Merchant on the Platform, allowing buyers to browse and make actual purchases, complete the transaction process with payment according to this agreement. The Merchant can name the storefront independently; a single Merchant can only have one storefront on the Platform.

2.5 Electronic Purchase Contract means a legally binding contract generated between the Merchant and the Buyer through this Platform, stipulating the rights and obligations of both parties.

2.6 Platform Rules  refer to various regulatory documents already published or possibly published in the future on the Platform,  including but not limited to the  Merchant Transaction Agreement and other rules, policies, notices, and other regulatory documents.

 

III. Services Provided by the Platform

 

3.1 The Platform provides membership services for merchants. Detailed membership rules can be found in the membership onboarding section.

3.2 The Platform provides merchants with access to a large number of potential buyers, facilitating centralized shipping after transactions.

3.3 The Platform supports various logistics methods. In addition to common express delivery methods, it also includes proprietary fleet delivery and other delivery methods to facilitate bulk product transactions.

3.4 If merchants have excess product inventory, the Platform provides a group buying model, where the Platform acts as a sales agent, helping merchants solve product stocking issues. Relying on online platform cooperation for both online and offline group buying, it can rapidly increase product sales volume in a short time, breaking through the merchant's traditional marketing bottlenecks.

3.5 The Platform provides smart factory upgrade solutions for merchant factories, specifically targeting chemical fiber factories. You can contact the customer service hotline on this Platform for a one-on-one customized smart factory upgrade solution.

 

 

IV. Merchant Qualification Requirements and Required Documents

 

4.1 How does a merchant onboard?

Merchants can onboard by contacting offline, or by registering themselves. For offline contact, you can call the platform hotline: 021-61833519. You need to provide the corresponding qualification documents to the platform staff. The platform will review the merchant's qualifications. After approval, the platform will configure the corresponding account for the merchant and send it via email/phone to the merchant. The merchant can log in to their account by clicking on "Supplier Login" on the homepage. After logging in, the merchant needs to activate their storefront before using it. Activating the storefront requires recharging membership. The membership recharge levels can be viewed under "Supplier Services - Membership Services" at the bottom of the platform. Self-registered merchants need platform approval. If the review fails, the platform will notify the reason via SMS. After approval, merchants also need to log in to activate their storefront and recharge membership before normal use.

4.2 Merchant Qualification Requirements

Merchants applying for and conducting storefront business activities must continuously meet the following basic conditions:

1) The Merchant has registered according to the laws of the People's Republic of China, obtained a valid business license, and obtained other necessary operating permits. Identity information must objectively reflect the Merchant's own situation;

2) The products operated by the Merchant are legally sourced and have complete qualifications;

3) Any information submitted by the Merchant is true, legal, and valid. The images, text, etc., used do not infringe on any third party's legal rights;

4) The Merchant signs this agreement and agrees to the content of the merchant onboarding rules published by the Platform.

 

4.3 Required Documents for Merchant Onboarding

4.3.1、Duplicate of Business License: Must have completed valid annual inspection and the products sold must be within the business scope.
4.3.2、Duplicate of Tax Registration Certificate: Both national and local tax certificates are acceptable. Priority is given to uploading the tax registration certificate stamped with the National Tax Bureau seal.(Note: Not required if the business license is a triple-in-one license)
4.3.3、Duplicate of Organization Code Certificate: The organization code certificate must undergo annual inspection, with requirements consistent with those for the business license. If local policies stipulate irregular (non-annual) inspections, a copy of the government document must be provided and stamped with the Merchant's official seal.(Note: Not required if the business license is a triple-in-one license)

4.3.4、The Merchant's bank account information.

 

V. Frequently Asked Questions for Merchants

5.1 How does a merchant publish products?

After the merchant's onboarding is approved and the storefront is successfully activated, you can add products in "Product Management - Product List". Enter the corresponding product information as prompted, click publish, and the product will be displayed on the platform upon successful publication.

5.2 How does a merchant publish group buying products?

In the product list, the merchant clicks the group buying application button next to the product they wish to apply for. They then enter the group buying information, click publish group buy, and wait for the platform to review the group buying product. After approval, the group buy is automatically published.

5.3 How can a merchant modify personal information?

Merchants can modify personal information and passwords in their profile. Modifications to information such as the business license require platform review; the information modification is only successful after review and approval.

5.4 How can a merchant recharge their prepaid account?

Merchants can recharge their prepaid account under Prepaid Account Management. Recharge can be done using WeChat/Alipay/UnionPay. The prepaid balance can be used for order adjustments, etc.

 

5.5 How can a merchant set up their storefront?

Click Store Management - Store Settings to set basic store information. You need to apply for the corresponding business category here. The application for business categories requires review. Only after platform approval can products under that category be published.
