II. What is the maximum payment amount on this platform?

Currently, various banks impose certain limits on online payments. Due to different bank policies, it is recommended that you consult your bank regarding related matters when applying for online payment functionality.

 

III. How can I tell if an online payment was successful?
3.1 After completing the online payment process, the system should indicate that the payment was successful. If the system does not indicate success or failure, you can check your bank card balance via phone, ATM, counter, or online banking. If the amount has been deducted, it means your payment was successful.
3.2 If the payment is unsuccessful due to credit card overdraft, insufficient passbook balance, accidental disconnection, etc., please log in to Fubu Chemical Fiber, go to "My Orders" under the "My Account" page, find the unpaid order, and complete the payment again.
