I. Overview

The platform currently supports multiple payment methods, including both online and offline payments. When you click "Buy Now," the system will redirect you to the order checkout page. There are four payment methods available: WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, and Offline Payment. You may choose the payment method that best suits your needs.

II. Online Payment

2.1 Online Payment Methods

Online payment is further divided into WeChat Pay, Alipay, and UnionPay. Users can select their preferred payment method to settle orders. WeChat Pay and Alipay support sample purchases, while UnionPay supports the purchase of all products on the platform.

2.1.1WeChat Pay / Alipay

WeChat Pay and Alipay are designed for small-amount orders. The platform's sample purchases support both WeChat Pay and Alipay. To purchase a sample, the user clicks "Buy Now" to place a procurement order, is redirected to the order page, selects "Online Payment" as the payment method, fills in the shipping address and other details to generate the order, and then chooses WeChat Pay or Alipay. Payment is completed by scanning a QR code with a mobile phone. Once the payment is confirmed, the merchant ships the goods, fills in the shipping information, and awaits receipt by the user. The order is completed upon receipt of the goods.

2.1.2 UnionPay

UnionPay is designed for large-amount orders. All products on the platform support UnionPay as a payment method. When purchasing products on the platform, the user clicks "Buy Now" to place a procurement order, is redirected to the order page, selects "Online Payment" as the payment method, fills in the shipping address and other details to generate the order, and then chooses UnionPay. Upon clicking "Pay Now," the user is redirected to the UnionPay checkout page (Note: UnionPay accounts only support corporate business accounts). The user selects their bank, clicks to proceed to online banking, enters their bank account name and password to log in and complete the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, the merchant ships the goods, fills in the shipping information, and awaits receipt by the user. The order is completed upon receipt of the goods.

How to Enable UnionPay for Your Business

To enable UnionPay for your business, you need to provide the platform with your corporate UnionPay account certificate and the corresponding certificate password. Please call the Fubu hotline to contact our staff and provide the required documents. The platform will then activate UnionPay for your merchant account. If you do not provide the UnionPay information, your store will only support offline payment.
