II. Quality Standards: Subject to the documentation provided by Party A. Shipment shall be made upon confirmation by Party B.
III. Packaging: In accordance with Party A's standard factory packaging.
IV. Delivery Time: Shipment shall be made within 7 working days.
V. Place of Delivery:Room L2B-503, Hongqiao World Center, No. 1588 Zhuguang Road, Qingpu District, Shanghai
VI. Transport and Cost Bearing: Party B shall bear the transport costs.
VII. Product Acceptance: Any objection by Party B shall be submitted in writing to Party A within 7 working days after receipt of the goods.
VIII. Payment Terms: 100% payment prior to shipment.
IX. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising during the performance of this contract shall be settled through negotiation between the parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the People's Court at the place where this contract is signed.
X. This contract shall become effective upon being signed by the legal representatives or authorized representatives of both parties and affixed with the contract seals of both parties.
XI. This contract is executed in duplicate, with each party holding one copy.
XII. Party B shall provide lawful printing authorization (failing which, the design shall be deemed as Party A's original creation) and ensure no infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights. Any legal disputes or economic losses arising from copyright infringement shall be borne solely by Party B.
