I. Overview and Purpose

Welcome toShanghai Ranglei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.to jointly sign thisBuyerService Agreement and use our platform services! Please read carefully, fully understand the relevant terms of this Agreement. If you have any questions about this Agreementor other content, you may consult platform customer service. When you fill in the information according to the registration page prompts and click "Read and Agree", this Agreement shall constitute a binding legal document for both parties. During the process of reading the Agreement, if you do not agree to the relevant agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop the registration process.
1.1The Platform is an e-commerce platform operated by Shanghai Ranglei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Ranglei"), adopting a B2B transaction model and providing one-stop bulk commodity trading. The ownership and operation rights of all products and services of the Platform belong toShanghai Ranglei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.or are legally used by it.
1.2This Agreement applies to any user who uses any product or service on the Platform. Once using the Platform's products or services, this Agreement shall be binding upon the user, and the user shall not claim that the Agreement is invalid or request its revocation on the grounds of not having read the content of this Agreement or not having received the Platform's answers to their inquiries.
1.3The Platform has the right to formulate relevant product or service management rules in accordance with this Agreement.
1.4 Usersand visitors are equal in the application of rules, except for differences caused by business models, scope, content, etc.
1.5The Platform has the right to supervisethe online business of registered usersconducted through the Platform, and has the right to reasonably verifythe authenticity of payment and delivery between users and merchants.
1.6All actions on the Platform shall comply with national laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules and other normative documents, as well as relevant agreements signed with the Platform, shall not violate public interests or public morals, shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, and shall not violate this Agreement and relevant rules and regulations.
II. Definitions
2.1 Fubu Chemical Fiber Platform: the website chinafibermarketing.cn and related clients.
2.2 User: visitors, registered users, and certified users are collectively referred to as users.
2.3 Visitor: refers to a userwho has notregistered on the Platform.
2.4 Registered User: refers to a user who has signed theBuyerService Agreement with the Platform, but has not yet submitted relevant documents or has submitted documents but has not yet passed the Platform's review and certification, i.e., a registereduser.
2.5 Certified User: refers to a user who has signed theBuyerService Agreement with the Platform, has submitted relevant documents, and has passed the Platform's review and certification, being an enterprise useror an individual user.
2.6 EnterpriseUser: refers to a user that should be an enterprise legal person or other organization established under the laws of the People's Republic of China mainland, possessing the qualifications to engage in relevant business, and having completed information such as business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, enterprise invoicing information, etc. After passing the Platform's review and certification, they can enjoy the products and services offered toenterprise userson the Platform.

2.7 Individual User: refers to a user who uploads registration information and passes the enterprise review and certification, and can enjoy the products and services developed for individual users on the Platform.

III. Registration and Account
3.1 Visitors who log in to the Platform website can only browse information within permitted permissions and cannot use Platform functions; registered users and certified users can browse all information on the Platform and use Platform functions.
3.2 Users should carefully read the entire content of this Agreement before using Platform services. Regardless of whether the user actually read the content of this Agreement before using the Platform services, as long as the user uses the Platform services, this Agreement shall be binding upon the user, and the user shall not claim that this Agreement is invalid or request its revocation on the grounds of not having read the content or not having received answers from the Platform to their inquiries.
3.3 The user agrees to all registration agreement terms and completes the registration and certification procedures to become a certified user of the Platform. The user shall honestly provide the registration information to the Platform, ensuring that the registration information provided is true, accurate, complete, and legally valid. If the user's registration information changes, it should be updatedwithin 2 working days. If the registration information provided by the user is illegal, untrue, inaccurate, incomplete,or not updated as required, the user shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom, and the Platform reserves the right to terminate the user's use of various Platform services.

3.4 Individual users, after completing personal information, real-name information and other authentication, and passing the Platform review, obtain buyer qualification.
3.5Enterpriseusers, after completing business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, enterprise invoicing information, legal representative ID card and other information authentication, obtain buyer qualification.Enterprise usersshould be enterprise legal persons or other organizations established under the laws of the People's Republic of China mainland, possessing the qualifications to engage in relevant business.

3.6Upon successful registration, the user willgeneratea username and password and other account information. The user may change their password according to Platform regulations. The user should prudently and reasonably keep and use their username and password. Any or all operations performed through the Platform using the username and password shall be deemed as the user's own true and valid operations, and the user shall be responsible for such operations. The user shall not lend the account registered on the Platform to others for use; otherwise, the user shall bear all responsibilities arising therefrom and assume joint and several liability with the actual user. If any unauthorized use of the user's account or any other situation that may compromise the security of the user's account is discovered, the user shall immediately notify the Platform in an effective manner and request the Platform to suspend relevant services.
3.7When completing the registration or activation process,the usershall accurately and completely provide and promptly updatetheirinformation according to the prompts on the corresponding Platform pages, to make it true,valid, complete and accurate. Where national laws and regulations clearly require the Platform, as an e-commerce operator, to verify user information, the Platform may from time to time check and verifythe user'sinformation in accordance with the law,and the usershall cooperate in providinglegal, true, complete, and valid information.
3.8Where national laws and regulations clearly require the Platform, as an e-commerce operator, to publicly display user information,the usershall cooperate with the Platform to continuously display relevant information on the Platform in accordance with the law.
3.9The Platform has the right to formulate and modify this Agreement and the managementrulesfor various Platform products and services as needed from time to time. After formulation or modification, if the user does not agree to the relevant revisions and changes, they shall immediately stop using the Platform services. If the user continues to use the Platform services, it is deemed that the user accepts the revised agreement and relatedrules.
3.10 The Platform provides blockchain services. By registering, the user is deemed to agree and permit the Platform to upload the user's data onto the blockchain. Data uploading is solely for the security of Platform data.
